Professional Presentation Designer

Transform your organization’s storytelling capabilities to amaze investors, partners, colleagues, and employees.

Are you struggling to create compelling presentations for your business? Are your employees wasting valuable time navigating PowerPoint to achieve average results? With over 20 years of corporate brand-building experience, I design powerful visuals and create memorable slides so you don’t have to.

I’m Bill Tuttle - professional presentation designer

Tuttle Creative Studio is how I help brands communicate more effectively and turn complex content into innovative stories. With over two decades of creative leadership and business strategy experience, I build memorable presentations that energize, inspire, and most importantly, help grow your business.

Mark Maidment > SVP Brand, New Era Cap

Being a creative leader in global brand environments for over twenty years, I’m accustomed to working with C-suite executives to cultivate their businesses. However, I know that most of those businesses do not have presentation designers on staff. When it comes time to create a major pitch deck, company presentation, or even just a brand template, the job is forced onto someone who doesn’t have time (and hates working in PowerPoint) or someone who has no design experience but was stuck with the responsibility. This often results in crowded slides, inconsistent graphics, lost opportunities, and worse - lost business to competitors.

Instead, I will build dynamic visuals that elevate your company so you can focus on your business and brand.

We’ll replace elaborate text with key messages, use compelling icons rather than dull bullet points, harness data driven graphics instead of ineffective pie charts, and tell visual stories that elevate your business.

Let’s get started.

We begin by discussing your project and what you wish to accomplish. We develop the presentation goals and share brand assets. It’s common for individuals to be unsure of what they want until they see it, which is why a presentation designer is essential in the first place.

Develop.

In this step I create two to three slides that provide you with an overview of the design concept. Before proceeding with the complete deck, I will ensure that you are pleased with what is being created and excited to see the full product. After we’re aligned I build out the rest of the presentation.

Design.

In the final step, I transform all of your assets and information into an engaging presentation featuring clear and compelling visuals. Once finalized, I will send you a file for review. If everything meets your expectations, I will package it in an editable format for you to use any way you like.

Deliver.

Capabilities & Examples

From elaborate business proposals to early start-up brands, I’ll build pitch decks that are enticing, impactful, and clearly demonstrate your point of view.

Pitch Decks

No more Excel generated pie charts. Instead you’ll have dynamic visuals that bring your facts and figures to life in unique, but understandable ways.

Charts & Graphics

I can design complete company presentations for internal and external use that showcase your brand identity, corporate positioning and business plans.

Brand Presentations

I’ll create consistent, yet custom templates that allow you and your team to focus on the message of the slide, rather than how the slide looks.

If you have a deck you like but the file is out of date, I can rebuild it in PowerPoint so everyone inside and outside of your business can use it.

Don’t spend months (or years) building a new product and then debut it on ineffective slides. I’ll make your new products fly off the page.

FAQs

How long should I expect a project take?

This depends heavily on length and content, but a typical deck takes 7-10 working days to complete. Extra large decks can take longer. We will discuss timing in the Develop phase.

What assets do you need to get started?

First, we need a high-res version of your logo(s) in PNG, EPS, PDF, or Ai format. Second, your presentation content on generic slides or a Word doc. If you don’t have content yet, or it is vague and limited, we can brainstorm together how your content comes to life. Third, your company style guide or other brand assets (photography, graphics) from your website, social media, etc.

What if my project is a real rush!?

I’m happy to expedite presentations if my schedule allows and/or I can shift other projects around. There will be a 50% increase to the normal fee for presentations Developed, Designed and Delivered in 72 hours or less.

Are sourced photos an additional charge?

I use FreePix to source and license photography. The charge for the photos will be included in the final invoice. I use free images when I can, but if not, most only cost a few dollars and I only charge you what it cost me. However, because the images are licensed to me, you will also need to license them if you wish to use the images in the public domain. I can set you up with easy access to them via Shutterstock once the project is complete.

How does payment work?

Once the project is complete I send you an invoice that you will pay via credit card online. During the Develop phase I will finalize the cost of the project and when you can expect it Delivered.

Will I be able to edit the final document(s)?

Definitely. I use PowerPoint as my main creative tool and we all have PowerPoint on our computers. 99% of the text will be native to the deck and therefore completely editable. There may be certain elements within the presentation that are created via Adobe programs and imported into the slides as fixed images/graphics. If you don’t want to use PowerPoint I’m happy to explore other options!

Stop spending time and money creating your own decks. As an independent designer, I can create them for you, allowing you to concentrate on expanding your business.
